ouch i ache now!!!!!!!

arrived about 11 to find mark (dunk) already there, conditions were extreme to say the least with 20 to 30knt onshore winds, put up the storm3 12m and used a litewave 125, awesome session or what !! the lift the storm gives you is incredible when you boost for s jump you go high very high, caught me out a few times haveing to fly the kite about before i landed, i've invented a new trick called the mary poppins, its a forward 360 but you keep your body under the kite just rotating under the bar, sad bit is i was singing a spoonful of sugar as i did it..any how sailed from borth to dovey round into the beach carpark at the estuary and all the way back..finding the flat pools for some massive airs..nearly got a nose bleed on one it was that high!!

after a break i went out on the 11mstrike with the wind now doing 30knts mark had to pull me to the water, pure survival session with horendous gusts
